is there a way to play ntsc on pal?

i think that only happens when lamers set up a FAKE website that claims to sell stuff than when they have the peeps money to shut their paypal accouns down and run.

I would use IBILL but they never replied back.

one example was they like closed a guys account for selling linux for free, the people just hadda pay for like shipping
and they were like your selling illegal things
when linux itslef if a free OS
