The newer games out for xbox need to be patched to work on other cd/dvd media.

goto this xbox-scene (http://www.xbox-scene.com/xbox1data/news-archive-16-3-2003.php) archived news page and scroll down a little. The program you need to download is called "Copyhaunters XBEISO patcher v2". There is a link in that news section.
