Laser and gameplay

Now that I have all the right tools......... Is there something I should watch out for when I play games. Will my backups harm my laser with cd or dvd backups? Just wondering because some of cd games sound a little loud but my dvd riteks are working great. Should I stay away from cd based games? If not, which media is the best for my laser to handle........

Any info is appreciated......

Any word on Substance yet.....Just bought it this week.......

Cd backups being louder is perfectly normal. There is nothing wrong with playing them and your laser is not harmed with either type of backup.
