View Full Version : Help with RED ALERT 2 protection

I would like to know how to make a copy for Red Alert 2 Allied Disc. I made a copy, but when I was going to try it installing it, a message appeared: Insert the Correct CD ROM. Then I found that it used Safedisc 2. How can I make a copy work out, without having problems installing it and playing.
I am a new in this.
A soon answer would be appreciated.

What CD-writer do you use?!? I have PLEXTOR 12/10/32A and my copy works fine. But I also had a problem with Installing it. Because I tried to install it with my DVD-Rom and it didn't work but when I tried to install with my CD-writer!!!! I didn't have any problems! I did read somewhere that this kind of games (SafeDisc) only works in that CD-writer where you burn it. I could be wrong but please read more these topics. There is so much to learn!!!! And forgive me if there are mistakes in my words because I'm from FIN and i don't write english very well.

If you are trying to read the disk from a dvd rom player then thats your problem.

I dont know about anyone else but i cannot read safedisk back ups in my dvd.all it does is lock my system,as soon as i put it in another machine with a standard cd-rom it works fine..

hope this helps-if you are using a dvd that is.

be interested to see if others have this problem also

Very hard to help you if you don't tell us what software and hardware you have!

e.g. burner make and model, burning software etc

All u have 2 do is copy all the files on the CD to a folder on your hard drive, and replace Setup.exe and Ra2.exe with the two crakced ones available at:

Then burn it all to a CD and play!

Then you can't apply any official updates. But if you don't mind that, then work away.

The reason it isnt working is because its from 4 yrs ago..


But check gamecopyworld's site and see if its there.

If someone have setup.exe without safedis 2 protection please send me to marko4747**********com On gamecopyworld site just have red alert yuris revenge and just trainer.

You obviously didnt read all the information apart from what trainers are listed, it does tell you to try 2 sites which I guess you never did.
