The game is Hydro Thunder....didnt even know this came out on the PC.......so has anybody or CAN anybody crack this one for me pls??

I meant i didnt know it was out on the pc UNTIL i got it!!!!!!

i seen it in the budget range in the shops....the "sold out" series.

Still looking for a no-cd by the way...can anyone pls help??

Download Protection ID 1.3 from the link Ive have in the signature and tell me what protection does it have!

It says no protection found...maybe read errors or illegal TOC on cdrom?????

I take it you already tried to run it without the cd ? Some programs don't have cd checks, most do. When it does ask for the cd, I think your only option will be Daemon Tools/Alcohol120% to run from an image.

ok got it.
whats the error message you got when playing without cd-rom ?
is it a messagebox or is it in-game ?

i found this string inside the exe:
"The Game can only be run from a local hard disc"

can u send me the hydro.fsd ?
(i guess this file is protected)

First u get the hydro thunder splash screen...then a screen boots up with the following writing:

To play hydro thunder you must close all other cd applications and insert the cd.
rescan cd
demo mode
exit game.

The fsd file that u want is 64 meg!!!!!
this is the main chunk of the game...it only installs to 66 meg,and its the same size as the file on the cd....theres nothing missing from the CD if u know what i mean??....the folders/files on the cd are the same as what has installed.

looks like im stuck with having to use the cd or mounting the image..lol

It's can have a reg edit regedit. (registry or what the name is for the reg :p )
in the reg it's can point where the CD-rom is.
Look there. If U not a famliar of regedit don't U even think about tuch it! Read more about these in other site. www.google.com and search about it! =)

ive looked thru the reg...it doesnt point to the cdrom at all,it just says where its installed???

i have 3 files ready for you, but i dont have your e-mail anymore.

are there some dlls in the gamedir, if yes scan it too.

there are no dll files in the folder at all.

Theres only 4 files in total...the exe....the cfg...the fsd file...and the setup file...thats it!!!!!
