Skins for Evolution X?!?!? They won't appear???

I have evox v1.8.2594.

This evox that's on my xbox hdd, did not come with a "Skins" folder. I only have two folders on my "c" drive. So, what I did was make my own folder called "Skins" and I put in the "c" directory. Inside the Skins folder, I have folders with skins in them, the folders are named Britney, Spider-Man, Star Wars, etc, etc. I turn my xbox on, I go in to System Utils, then Skins, and all I see is "Original" what am I doing wrong?!?!? Please help

You might have to edit the Evox.ini file. Also, i would suggest that you update to the new V1.8.3285.

take the s off of skins. The folder should be named "skin". :)

Well, I updated the evox itself. And now I can see the list for my skins on my evox. But for some reason, when I go to choose whatever skin I want, it displays a funky version of the EvoloutionX original skin. Like my britney spears one, instead of a blue bar, it's pink, with the evox logo in the backround. the only one that works is my spider-man backround. Sorry fellas, but I want britney spears on my xbox!!!! Is there something wrong?? what I also did, was load up that britney skin, which was still screwed up, backed out and clicked "backup" I shut off my xbox, turned it back on, (thinking she would appear) and she didn't it was that funky looking evolutionX original backround. Please help!!! I know the britney picture is good, cause i viewed it on my pc, it's jpeg. Thanks guys.

never mind, i kinda fixed it. some show, some dont

it usually does that because the skin.ini file has something in it that isn't set up correctly.
