Prassi Primo DVD problem!

Hey guys,

When I try to run Primo DVd, I get the error message, "Runtime error '9' and something about subscript. Any ideas? It was working fine until suddenly. I can't think what is different. I did try re-installing but get the same message each time I try to run.

Try installing the latest px engine update here (http://eval.veritas.com/downloads/pro/exe/pxEngine358.exe).

Thanks guys I tried that but unfortunately I still get the same run time '9' error and subscript problem. Forunately, I have obtain RecordNow Max! I might email Prassi to see if they can help with the problem.
