Please Help!

Can " No Solder" V4 R-Mod Chip play pressed DVD9 Metal Gear Substance?
Any advice welcome.
If it can't, which mod chip can?

No it can't. I have this DVD9 "Gold" and messiah 2 plays it.

Funny thing is the TOC of the MGS Substance only 2.2GB! Why they put in DVD9?
I'll try to rip the game and burn into DVD-R (DVD5) Disc, wish me luck!

IT is Japanese version, Sliver pressed, purchased in HK.
