I know little about DIVX-VCD. But in respect of the error message, which of these do you get and can you relate to the Nero suggested solutions? The overburning zone seems like a good bet to me.

1/
Not enough memory to copy this CD. The available space is x MB. It needs y MB.

But according to Explorer there is still enough room on the harddisk (more than x is free), i.e. the figure y must be wrong.

Presumably you have got Norton Unerase installed. Deleted files are not deleted immediately but are given the attribute System, Hidden, Read-Only. The drivers of Norton Unerase make the Windows Explorer see the free memory space as well a the files marked as deleted. Nero does not receive this information.

2/
Not enough memory free to write this image.

Burn a smaller amount of data on the CD
Insert an 80 minute CD-R so that you can write the CD with 80 minutes.
You use the Overburning (only possible in Disc-at-Once mode).
Unfortunately not all CD Writers support this option. Whether your CD Writer contains the Overburning supports it, can be seen in CD recorder -> Choose CD-Recorder . If your CD Writer contains the Overburning provides support and you burn in Disc-at-Once mode, then by releasign the overburn option, you can burn more on the CD than the CD can officially record. You can Overburning in file -> settings -> expert settings -> permit oversized Disc-At-Once CDs release.
