Newbie here...... be kind :-) Need help copying proteced game

I have no clue how to get around copying a protected CD. I'd appreciate any help anyone can give. I know there is a way around it. I just don't know where to go to get help doing it!

The game I'm trying to copy is SWAT 3. The file is: clokspl.exe
