Since you already have Disc Juggler, we will use that. Copy an image of a DC game you have using Disc Juggler, which will make a huge *.CDI image

Then download a program called CDIRip which you can get here
http://cdirip.freeyellow.com/down_cdi.html

This will convert your *.CDI into an *.ISO that your emulator will like.

CDIRip will turn your CDI image to 3 files, your *.WAV is your boot track (you wont need for emulation), CUE (dont need), ISO (need this), and "Bootfile" (which you rename to IP.BIN).

i have 3 dc emualters, i ripped sonic adventure 2 with cdrwin, but it doesnt seem to load in any of my emulaters, the closest it gets to working is in the dream emu ,emulater, the prgram says now loading sonic adventure 2, then doesnt go any further, is it my iso or the emulaters compatibility? ,id try to burn it to a cd-r and check it out on my dc but im outta cd-rs and i dont wont to watse a disc

If you are trying to make an iso, then after cdi ripping the image (I may be wrong) but you should run isofix to fix the lba; this will produce 3 files an ip.bin (name bootfile.bin) header.iso and fixed.iso. You can delete the header.iso. Hope that helps.

EDIT I just re read your last post you can't run any dreacast emulators just yet they aren't made for commercial games. With the exception of Icarus which isn't available.
