View Full Version : Nero
Copying is as easy as it is with an audio CD. Just choose the wizard in Nero, choose DVD copy, and thats it. By far the easiest thing I've ever done. To hell with Primo DVD and all that other crap. Copy Dvd's with Nero if you want it to be easy, fast, and most importantly an exact duplicate with no flaws.

... except that Nero doesn't work with all PS2 DVD games.
Whats wrong with Primo and all that other crap (I presume you mean RecordNow Max) ???
Some games don't work when you back them up with Nero, which is why it is better to use Prassi or RecordNow Max to back up dvd games.
I've never come across any dvd based game that hasn't burned under nero. I've got 60+ dvdr backups which are all perfect.
But usually the issue isn't down to just the software, it is dependant on your dvdreader, and your pc status overall.
I've recently made the change to recordnow max and it's a change i'm gonna keep. I was curious but the software on a whole seems to work a lot better. Nero always used to ignore my request when i asked it to read the dvd original at only 3x. and used to read it in at 16x regardless on my pioneer 106 reader.
Under recordnow max it reads it at slow speed :)
Use what works best for you.
