Can i connect my computer 2 my PC using a USB cable i saw one on www.gamegizmo.com could i use that 2 download the DVD-ROM iso?

I also saw a other item on a Uk website letting you use your computer as a memory card it also said about backing up ur games through there?
Does hookin up ur ps2 2 ur VGA monitor only work on certain games or all games?
