Maybe you can try the Blind read/write suite.

ok let me try and help. CloneCD can take a while especially with some certain protections. The best way i find is to set it as this

-SubChannel Data from Audio Tracks: ON
-SubChannel Data from Data Tracks: ON
-Fast Error Skip: ON

now it can take from 30 mins upto 60mins to even do the first 3-5% of the CD depending on the copy protection and it may well look as if it is doing absolutely nothing at all. The best way is to wait for upto 20mins and if it comes up with 1% then its working. After it has done 3-5% of the CD (or passed the protection) the rest of the CD should be done within 2 mins. Note it doesnt take as long to write the CD as it does to read it. Also get cloneCD version 2.8.4.2.

I am also new to doing any of this and had this information sent via e-mail amongst other things when i couldnt get clone to work at all. If i am wrong on anything here someone will correct me. Hope i helped.

Spot on info, thats about how it works. It will probably say something like 6 hours remaining but this goes down as soon as it has read the protection.

OK this is 1 of 3 chat forums i goto and have just had an e-mail sent that contains a virus luckily i have nortons antivirus 2001 running at all times now :) anyways have read up on virus and its a worm (like the iloveyouvirus) its starting to become very active now and was first discovered in late september/early november of 2000. Anyways whithin the writeup it says somebody who i know may (90% of thetime) be carrying this virus and they dont know about it so am just posting this to let you all know and to do a system check. The virus is Win95.HYBRIS.GEN.DR also known as W95.HYBRIS.GEN and others but always with HYBRIS in it. After all dont want you getting it so thought i would let you all know.

I am posting this to all chat forums i goto cos someone out there has it and they dont know that they do. Have had it sent several times so far in the past hour but nothing for the last 20 mins.

Can you find someone that has a plextor SCSI CD rom or Teac 532S and Teac CD writer(55S)?
if yes...... use disjuggler and use the setting from this page.
http://www.daemon-tools.com/

only the first CD has protection, and it's not hard to find someone that has these drive

But did u try to use Clone CD?
Fast Skip Errors : ON

is your hardware compadible with clone CD?

if no... and this time you have to get a HP or Plextor or Philips Drive.
