Magic 3

i recently bought a magic 3 chip. my brother is goin to install it. i was just woundering if there is any information i need to know b4 installing or using!
if not just say that they work well.

Well I bought 2 few weeks ago and installed my first install took me like 3 hrs. Second Install about half that. The chip works great for me and my brother in law. Just make sure your brother has some great soldering skills and that you have a good magnify glass and go over everything 2 times make sure nothing bridged anywhere.

do u no how large the spaces are bettween the soldering points on the magic 3 chip?

does anyone know what the boot instructions are for themigic 3 chip ? i could find any anywhere.

The spaces on the magic chip 3 itself are easy enough. But soldering on the ps2 board is extremely tiny. If you or your brother are not excellent at soldering you should have someone else do it for you. Otherwise you will end up with a paper weight.

All you do to play a PS2 game is put game in turn machine off then turn it on your reset light comes on then tap it once and it plays ps2 games, for ps1 and dvd movies you just hold reset in till the blue light comes on then release. That is how mine works.
