Tony Hawk 4 Rip Kit

i was wondering if anyone know where i can download a rip kit for tony hawk 4 (NTSC).
i have a no solder chip so i will need a rip kit for it to fit onto a 74 minute cd.
i have checked megagames and they do not have one.
could someone please tell me where i can find one of these kits

You will also need to put this in the folder of the ripkit it was a late addition that was necessary to complete the rip.
