when i try to back up pc games it says my rewriter is not compatible with cd clone even though i now it is, i have tick all the boxes i was told to select,i have now unselected them all and it has taken 30mins so far to read the disk and i only have 2% done, the game i am trying to back up is the sims. what is happening.
i am a newbie to backin up so please help a newbie.
