View Full Version : Help Backing up Gameshark 2 V2.x

Does anyone know how to back up Gameshark 2 v2.x. Every time I put it on my dvd drive it just freezes the drive my CD-RW drive will read it, but none of the programs I have can actually make an ISO. This is what I tried it with.

My CD-RW drive is a GCE-8320B This is the only drive that can read it.

I tried using
Nero 5.5.14
BlindRead
DiscJugler 4 pro
CDR-Win 3.9a
WinISO
ISOBuster

If anyone can help or has any suggestions I would really appreciated. Thanks.

Use Clone CD... I have the EXACT same drive you have.... You can make a 1:1 copy of it using Clone CD and that drive.
Although, unless you have a "Direct boot" chip such as the Messiah, Magic 2, or Apple (etc) it won't do you any good....:cool:

Thanks for the fast reply, I'll try Clone CD. I do have a direct boot chip I got the Magic 2 chip, It's pretty cool, it beats having to swap all the time. Thanks again.
