using a protected cd without the cd

I'm trying to use a protected cd from my hard drive, I succeeded to make a copy with clone cd but it still want a cd in the drive.
Virtual cd did not overcome the problem nor subst

Help anyone???

Use Daemon tools from www.daemonshome.cjb.net

Mount your clonecd image with DT's virtual cdrom, and play away!

If you cannot get it to work, then your image is not perfect e.g. lacking subchannel data, or is corrupt.
