What CD writing program burns .BIN files??
CDRWin.
Also IMG files made with CloneCD can be renamed BIN (so far as I've been able test).
Haven't tried ISO files. Might work - try it. But be careful when you burn. If you haven't code a Cue Sheet then you have to correctly set your CDRWin burn serttings.

Being new to this stuff I might be asking a useless question, however: I have numerous bin file images without a cue sheet. What method is best used to create the cue sheet?
notepad.exe
1 Take an existing cue file from a PSX game as the template
2 Change an obvious field (the name) to correspond with the BIN filename
3 Save as binfilename.CUE
Usually does the trick.
