Can anyone please tell me how and where i can get a program to convert ps2 back ups ntsc(american) to pal(australian)?

You're looking for either:

1 Patches for specific games
2 PAL4U program (which others say works - I couldn't mak it work)

AND
3 PPF-O-MATIC.EXE to do the patching on BIB files produced from the game by CDRWin
