how to burn *.bin files with NERO? [Archive]

I know that you can burn em with cdrwin, but that doesnt run on my PC :(
I heard that it also goes with NERO, but its a bit more complicated.

I tries with Nero 5.5.51, it says the disc has been successfully written but nothing on it

Please help
