I am so sad.. so many cds are wasted because they could not properly be burnt.. tdk too.. sigh..
from hardware review my model of cd writer (i think its mitsumi) and dvd-rom(pioneer)is pretty reliable. I have 128 ram and devoted about 25meg for buffering. I am using nero-rom... but my success rate in burning a flawless cd is amazingly low. 45% of them contain crackling noise lasting from 5seconds up to 2 minutes plus. Copied to hardrive then to cd. What else can ensure to burn cd better??
