Clony XL-Need help

Have just upgraded from Windows ME to XP and now find that Clony XL does not work, get message " Clony has encountered a problem and needs to close" have tried in safe mode same thing.

I would be very grateful for any help/advice on how to resolve.

BTW Clone Cd 3.5.1 works fine on new system.
