I'm going to purchase a Messiah mod chip but am currently unsure what version my PS2 is - It's a PAL unit that was bundled with Final Fantasy X. The Messiah chip says it'll work with PAL units v3-v6. Is mine in this?

Thanks in advance

Messiah is compatible with your V3 PS2.....
Just make sure your laser is strong.... (ie.. plays DVD's and all original games with no problems...):p

the laser better be strong - it's only like 2 months ago.
