Gamecube or not?

i was recently looking at gamecubes and i like the look of them but im not sure if i should spend 130GBP on one if its not copyied and chipped. As i already have a xbox chipped with the x-tender and a PS2 chipped with the neo4 im used to buying games for 10GBP or just burning them myself.

I might buy one next week and wot im asking uz guys is that if it will be cracked soon and if the "chip" will be a reasonable price.

And another question, wot gamecube should i buy cause i heard that the black ver. was updated. is this true or not? and i also seen a gamecube made by panasonic.

if your realy that bothered about getting a gamecube with a modchip see www.liksang.com for a jap console pre-modified and there pretty good on prices too ive got a gamecube and a ps2 after buying the gamecube i desided i might just sell the ps2 and buy a dvd player insted
