FlaskMPEG & Panasonic Plugin: Plugin has "Fatal Error"

ok, got flask, got panasonic plugin to work (finally), but, when i convert, a fatal error occurs and conversion is stopped. all my settings are correct (i think, followed a few different instructions). I am trying to make a VCD to play on my Dreamcast with a DVD i own (somethin to do), so i am wondering what could cause that fatal error, does anyone have a link, or idea??? thanx
