hello all, im thinking of buying a x-box

well to be honest i am sick of reading reviews, because at the minute every body has so many different opinions of the x-box. so i figured the best people to ask about it is people with it and i dont know any on with it so i decieded to ask ye. so guy what is the general oppinion.
and is it true that you cant watch dvds on it without the remote and thing

Its true, you must buy the remote to watch dvd movies but i think you are making a good decision in buying one, Its a awsome console, once you get it and play it i dont think the extra cost of the dvd remote will matter that much.

i think it's an excellent console and the graphics are just amazing.

plus the price just dropped to 199$ in the U.S. and to 299$ in canada. so no matter what country your from, the xbox is cheaper than it was when it first came out a few months ago. it also just went down in price in japan, but thats probly cuz theyre japanese and the xbox isnt, so they dont like it
