I was having trouble backing up some games and could not get any of the backup programs to read the source cd. I kept getting error messages about tracking. Cleaning the disc did not help but I sprayed them with silicone spray (furniture polish) and they copied beautifully. I guess the spray cleaned them and filled up the scratches with silicone.:D

Any supermarket. Its the type of polish you spray on tables etc some brand names are Pledge, Mr Sheen etc Brand dont matter as there all the same and cheap to buy

i think i got the pledge shit, is it in the yellow spray bottle? the liquids white and it smells like lemons.
yes that would be it, i got the same shit and works great.

does it visibly remove scratches?
no it just fill's in the scratches
