Can I make a working copy of a game which is protectet by SD2 with the CD W54E? Thank you for help.

This CD-writer isn't capeble of producing a 1:1 copy of a Safedisk 2 game. If you want to make a copy of such a game, you'll have to use a fixed exe or create your own fixed exe using Unsafedisk 2.
Or you could get a new writer capable of writing Safedisk 2 such the Plextor 24/10/40
