When i tried with Nero it stops after like 1%

General rule - burn with the program you made the image with. You can't lose.

every time i have to burn an IMG file i use diablo 2. solves the problem everytime. im suprised no one has recommended it yet. if you are having troulbe, you can find help here how to burn IMG (http://www.fugly.com)
