when i try to make an image/cuesheet with my dvd-r and cdrwin it gives me illegal track encountered ,what could be the proplem

the problem is that cdrwin is called cdrwin, not dvdrwin.
it has no support for dvd ripping or burning.

to copy dvd roms you need to use a program like

primo dvd
or
RecordNow MAX
