error in max payne

when I press play I get (max payne has caused an error etc.
I think it's a vidio problem does any know how to fix it (please).

Have you applied any cracks to the game. If you have, then give details.

Maybe you are using WinXP, if yes, download the newest update for MaxPayne (i think v1.09)!
