PlexWriter SubChannes?

Hi All. Someone told me that the PlexWriter 16/10/40A cannot read sub channel data? Is that right? If so, what consequences does it have?

Well, I'm told that it won't read Subchannel as well. But ####://www.cdr-info.com has a very good review of the drive and it says it supports Subchannel Data, although very slow.
