metal gear solid 2 sound

i purchased mgs 2 the other day and have found so far that at two places when it cuts to movie scenes that there is no sound at all. the scenes are at the beginning when snake is walking along the bridge and jumps on to the boat and the other scene is when raidan first starts after snake is killed. i have a pal (australian) version of the game . can anyone help me on this

original or copy?
a dvd-r copy will have sound probs if the swap dvd is too small.

check in the options that the sound is'nt set to dolby 5.1 (only use 5.1 if the sound system ur using is able to)
