Anybody owns a Plextor 40x 12x 40x burner?

I want to know how it performs. Also, its advantages & disadvantages.

Does it support Mt. Rainier?

I am thinking of buying one.

I just got home with it and am about to install it, so I can't tell you much about how its working, but...I can tell you what I found out about Mt. Rainier from Plextor themselves. This too is of great importance to me and I'm really looking forward to this whole Mt. Rainier thing. I've spoken to Plextor twice and here's the scoop on how they are going to support Mt. Rainier with this new drive...it is Mt. Rainier "ready", so when Microsoft supports this new format it in XP they will release a firmware update then. I just hope they hurry up and get it out soon! As far as any word from Microsoft (I e-mailed them a few days ago about when they plan on supporting Mt. Rainier)- nothing yet? I guess we just wait...
