Hello all, need some help, have made about 6 coasters so far, can someone walk me through how to make a Audio Cd with protection that works.

Have been trying to use a Nero made Audio Cd, then take that and make a image of it with Clone Cd and Using Clone Audio Protector and following the instructions and then I have been applying the protection, burn the cd and the track 2 comes up bad, there are only 2 tracks on the whole cd.

What am I missing any help and insite would be greatly appreciated, thanks weslucky, new to all of the is protection schemes and correct way to apply them.

you can find sme protections in cdmediawold but the won't be tought because they are just something like demo...none would ever release the source of his protection because then the protection would be useless...

For protect cds there isn't good programs today...and if it's for audio ones...then it's also most difficult to accomplish.f u want to protect a data CD u can use programs like CDprotect or CloneProtect which should be able to protect it to be copied using cloneCD blindsuite or something like but not for CDrwin for example. There will be always someone that could copy ur cd so don't worry urself too much in this way.
If u want to protect audio..then u have a problem because u must be too carefull with what are u doing if u want HI-FI systems could play ur cds.
Only with own software and a bit knowledge of programming u could protect a cd with a big probability of success.

Good luck!

Thanks Morglum007 your knowledge is very insightful, never new it would be so hard to do, I am mastering old cassettes to cd's and also making copies of some local groups music and they wanted some form of protection to keep the causal user from being able to just pop one of there cd's in and make some copies, thats how all of this got started.

Thats why I was hoping I could find a easy way to do this, so far seems as if this could be lots of work, thanks again for the info, later weslucky.

if you don't have any personal knowledge you can pay a programmer to make protection for you....
