Plextor 121032A new version 1.08 firmware

My Plextor drive has actually 1.07 version firmware.
I don't know if 1.08 new version is OK or wouldt it limit protected CD
copy. Someone has tried this Firmware version on PX121032A?
Can you tell me somethimg about? My OS is WinME.

everything I've read, when it comes to making backups of protected software, and a plextor writer, the best firmware is 1.04. If you are able to do copy what you want to copy, then just leave it alone, I've read that the newest firmware is not friendly toward backing up protected software.
