HELP!!
I have just bought the above CRWriter & can not back up one of my PSX games (Driver 2). It came with Nero version 5.0.1.9 OEM
Any body now which software I should use?
I had a quick look on CDRWIN website & doesnt look like it suports my IDE CD-RW, also tried Adaptec Easy CD Creator with no joy.
This is very anoying as I have been using the CD-RW at work with no problem (TEAC) and thought it was about time I had one at home.
Thanks for Assistance

*** FOR INFORMATION ONLY ***

I have downloaded the NERO update (version 5.0.3.9 I think) and burned Driver 2 (disk 1) PSX with no problems.
It did take a long time though?
I am now going to try Disk 2

Regards

Forget Adaptec software - it will NOT copy PSX games. Also, some versions of Adaptec Easy CD Creator can cause conflicts with you WIndows ASPI drivers,a nd hence screw up your copying attempts.

Driver 2. Was is an original? You see, I have been told that in order to backup a game it needs to be "patched" firsted then burnt; you can then copy of this copy and not the original. Somone else told me that CLoneCD will copy originals, but personally I havent had much luck (Philips 3610 - full RAW support).

All the best.

Yeh, but the 3610 does not read Sub Channel, data OR audio!!!
