CDRWin 3.8c/d shows error when burning 848MB on 99min CDR with MitsumiCDR4804TE * Please help ! *

Hi guys,
please help me on this case:
CDRWin 3.8c/d shows error when I am burning 848MB on 99min CDRs from Engelmann/disc4u with Mitsumi CD-RW4804TE:

Illegal command request (04h 00h 02h 05h 24h 00h)

This error occurs almost at the end of the recording-process and aparently at the same position on the cdr-medium.
I am convinced that the settings are ok in cdrwin and I tried different combinations. I Updated the firmware to version 3.0D and usual recordings work fine with WinOnCD3.0PE/CloneCD.
My Aspidrivers are the actual Adaptec ones for W2k and aspicheck tells me that everything is fine.
Anyone got any idea ?
