Region x with Neo 2.2

Can someone please tell me how to use the Region x cd with a Neo2.2 modchip to play ps2 cdr backups?

1 Boot with DVDRX & press EJECT when region numbers appear
2 Replace disk with your backup & press EJECT to close tray
3 When tray is closed, press START on the controller to boot game

If all is properly burned (see my earlier post "CD-R Burning Speed"), that should work.
