Are there any types of CDRs that are larger than 80 mins? If so, how large?

There are cd-r's which have a capacity of either 90 or 99 minutes. I've never seen them in any store, but I wouldn't recommend them anyway. Just as 80 min cd-r's they do not meet the standards defined for cd's. Also, addressing the cd at the range between 80 and 99 minutes is complicated as there's some kind of illegal sector numbers in this area. For that reason, many cd players can't read that type of media.

Just use two regular cd-r's instead :-)

I've read about cd-r's up to 120min, but agree, stick to 74min. HP did some testing and found that due to the difficulty of the manufacturing process, they are unreliable. HOW? you ask... I may look like your writing to them, but when you try to access them, all you see is a ghost that is an unusable file. 8-)
