I want to play mp3's that I download on my DVD. I use NTI CD Maker PRO to burn the cd. It converts the MP3's to WAVs on the fly. I can play these on my car cd player as well as my boom box. But I can not play them on my DVD. My DVD plays regular ( Store Bought) music cd's fine. Do I have to record these in a special format? Do I have to close the cd in some special way? I'm stuck!!! My DVD player is my only stereo in my house and I have no tunes!!!! Thanks in advance for any help.
Do the specs actually state that it will read cdrs?
Some wont, some will.

I had the same problem.
You need a UDF reader from Adaptec.
Its only 349 kb
Email me at:
aeroman10********com if you want it.
I have a standalone Yamaha s700 DVD player. The only type of CDR / CDRW it will play are those made by a company called PRINCO. Nothing else will work !!
I live in England, and getting hold of these disks are a bloody nightmare. They have them in the states, but the postage costs an arm and both Legs !!
Best of luck with the music
