Could someone help me creating a VCD... [Archive]

...I have recently downloaded Nero and it looks like it works and all. But I have seen the below post about creating a VCD, and it says that I need to convert the .vob files to .mpeg. Could someone please tell me where I could get a program to convert that? I would appreciate it so much. Thanks,
