Mech Warrior 4 03/21 Patch w/NO CD

I'm looking for a "working" patch that will work with version 1.10 (etc) for Mech Warrior 4. The official patch was released 03/21/01. Its caleld Mwpatch1.exe

There are some files up on the site, but they all seem to either work or make you version 1.06 (etc).

I should have made it more clear. I need the NO CD patch for the newest OFFICIAL patch (1.10).
