How the heck does someone open their ps2 w/o messing stuff up

I tried opening it, to install the _one_ wire that the neo key requires, and i stopped after unscrewing a bunch of stuff, and after getting nervous from throwing away my well earned 300 bucks. I wonder, are there any mod installment shops in miami?

Any tips, directions, advice, or whatever would be appreciated.

it's pretty damn easy, just make sure you find all screws, and be aware that the ps2 has 2 sides.. there's a bottom case you can take off, and a seperate top case that can also be taken off.

If you're nervous about taking it apart, you may want to reconsider even trying to solder anything to the board... Even the single wire jumper. (The PS2 board has tinier solder connections than the PSX, but it still is fairly simple to do, so go for it, you'll be proud of your accomplishment.)
