all backups?

my m8 has dvd-r so I was wondering if any1 knws if the prechipped ps2 from twocom wil run all backups?
I thk its neo2.2&ar2.2?

as long as its not v5 ps2 all u need is ar1.7 or 1.9
2.x doesnt load dvdr
if its v5 ps2 then ar1.7 and 1.9 reported not to work
but they say u can use 2.01 trick ps2 with dave mirra codes
