whats the best way to back up this game
and beable to use your back up
with out having to use a reged exe.

Use CloneCD or the Blindread/Blindwrite combo!
Any SAO-RAW modi (NOT SAO-cooked) would be enough for SafeDisc, but DAO-RAW works for sure, too ...
check http://daemon-tools.de for the right settings and some hints about how to identify and how to copy the different protections ...
