Hi, I have 2 PSX games in PAL, Tomorrow never dies & Bust a Groove 2.... Where can I find the PAL to NTSC patch? (I'm running a US Console)....

Is there a util able to convert the games for mac?

How can you find this forum and not the patches??

Look at the top of your computer screen and click the link that says PSX CopyWorld and look around there, you might be surprised what you'll find.

Do ya think i'M stupid or what..... I patched up to 50 games already.... I know sgt dan'S playstation-patches & gamecopyworld....
But they have nothing for these 2 UK PAL games....

Another piece of advise... If you ##### the patches available, there is one for the games Tomorrow never dies & Bust a Groove 2, but they have been made for US NTSC Games, not PAL.....

I'll just respond by saying you have a US Playstation and your buying Europian games, games that you can pick up for $10 or cheaper if you look around!! Nuff said.

I'm sure running import games on a psx is not unusual... ##### the European Modchips retailers, you'll see.. I'm just wondering if something exists for NTSC PSX, that will allows me to run PAL games on my console (without using a patch)...

any suggestion?

All I can say is every sight I've #####ed just has the Ntsc patch, you might try downloading the program that creates patches and try and make it yourself, I can't remember what the programs called and the web page I knew that had it is no longer up.

have you tried using the Ntsc patch?

This could explain why you can't find a PAL patch!!

Yeah I TRIED IT AND THE RESULT WAS A NICE CLUSTER CD.... WHEN I PATCHED IT PREVIOUSLY, I GOT A WARNING MESSAGE SAYING THAT THE PATCH DOESN'T SEEM TO BE MADE FOR THAT BIN FILE.... (USING PPF-O-MATIC)....

THE PROBLEM, I'M A MAC USER AND EXPECT PPF-O-MATIC (WE DON'T HAVE PPFMAKER ON MAC), THERE IS NO TOOLS FOR PSX PATCHING AVAILABLE.... (AS FAR AS I KNOW)

I JUST RECEIVED FROM A TECH SUPPORT PAGE A PAL-NTSC BIN FILE. I BURNT IT AND MY PAL GAMES STILL DON'T WORK... (I BOOTED USING THAT CD (BOOT DISC) I SELECTED NTSC MODE) AND I SWAPPED THE DISK & PRESSED ####T.... THE GAME LOADS NORMALLY BUT AFTER FEW SECONDS, THE IMAGE JUMPS(PAL)....

I DONMT THINK THERE IS A SOLUTION FOR THAT PROB...

I feel your pain, there isn't much out there for Mac!! Oh, well just have to keep searching, someone has to have something somewhere.

A friend of mine created a partion on his G-4 and installed Windows 98 so he can run the Mac OS and Windows which allows him to run certain Windows programs, don't ask me how as I have a PC (piece of Crap)!!

Have you had a look at www.pal4u2000.com

This site contains a nice piece of software that can create you own NTSC to PAL and PAL to NTSC patches.
