My Jackie Chan Stunt Master patch doesn't work!! PLEASE help!!

I patched the .bin file, copied the CD, and when I put it in my chipped PSX the patch logo came up so I must have done it right, but then the game still didn't load as if it wasn't patched at all! Is the patch not working or have I done something wrong?

I used the BAD patch for this game with cdrwin.No problems.
If I remember correctly the copy protection does not cut in untill you reach level 3, so even if the patch had not worked you should be able to play the first 2 levels. Maybe its just a bad burn.
